Shenzhen New Industries announces 2024 equity distribution

Shenzhen New Industries Biomedical Engineering (SZSE:300832) has announced the implementation of its 2024 annual equity distribution plan, as approved at the annual shareholders' meeting held on May 19, 2025. The company will distribute a cash dividend of CNY 1.30 (inclusive of tax) per 10 shares, based on the total share capital registered on May 27, 2025. For Hong Kong market investors, QFII, RQFII and individuals holding pre-IPO restricted shares, the dividend will be CNY 1.17 per 10 shares after tax. Individual shareholders holding post-initial public offering restricted shares, equity incentive restricted shares, and unrestricted shares will be subject to differential tax rates, which will be calculated upon share transfer. Qualified foreign investors holding fund units in the equity will be taxed at 10%, with domestic investors being subjected to differential tax rates. The equity distribution excludes bonus shares and capitalization of capital reserves. China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited, will handle the payment of dividends.
