Jiawei Renewable Energy approves key resolutions at AGM

Jiawei Renewable Energy (SZSE:300317) announced the successful passage of all proposed resolutions at its 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on May 23, 2025. Key approvals included the 2024 Board of Directors and Supervisory Board work reports, the 2024 financial statements, and the 2024 annual report and its summary. Shareholders also approved the profit distribution plan for 2024 and a proposal regarding uncovered losses exceeding one-third of the total paid-in capital. Furthermore, the company secured approval to apply for comprehensive credit facilities from financial institutions for 2025 and for projected guarantee limits for the year. The meeting was attended by 223 shareholders and proxies, representing 109,714,751 shares. Beijing Deheng (Shenzhen) Law Firm provided a legal opinion confirming the legitimacy and validity of the meeting and its resolutions.
