Ganfeng Lithium schedules 2024 AGM and 2025 shareholder meetings

Ganfeng Lithium announced that the 2024 AGM will be held on June 25, 2025, at 14:00 local time at the company's headquarters in Xinyu City, Jiangxi Province. The meeting will address key agenda items, including the review and approval of the 2024 Board and Supervisory Committee reports, the 2024 annual financial statements, the proposed profit distribution plan, and the re-appointment of the accounting firm for 2025. Shareholders can participate through on-site voting or via the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's online voting system between 9:15 and 15:00 on the same day. The company has set June 19, 2025, as the A-share equity registration date. The first A-share class meeting of shareholders in 2025 will also occur on this date. Key proposals to be discussed at the A-share class meeting include granting the board authority to repurchase A shares and H shares.
