Dong-E-Jiao announces 2024 annual equity distribution plan

Dong-E-Jiao Co., Ltd. has announced the implementation of its 2024 annual equity distribution plan. Shareholders of record as of June 4, 2025, will receive a cash dividend of CNY12.729896 per 10 shares. This distribution excludes the 1,512,400 shares currently held in the company's repurchase account. The total dividend payout is fixed at CNY817,850,566.48. Factoring in the repurchase shares, the cash dividend is CNY1.2699999 per share based on the total share capital. The ex-dividend date is set for June 5, 2025. China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Shenzhen Branch will handle dividend payments for A-share holders, while Dong-E-Jiao will manage payments for specific shareholders.
