Denghai Seeds announces 2024 equity distribution plan

Shandong Denghai Seeds (SZSE:002041) has announced the implementation of its 2024 annual equity distribution plan, approved at the May 13, 2025 shareholders meeting. The distribution will be CNY 0.29 (tax included) per 10 shares based on the company's total share capital of 880,000,000 shares. The record date is set for May 28, 2025, and the ex-date is May 29, 2025. Cash dividends for A-share holders will be directly credited to their securities accounts via China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (CSDC) on May 29, 2025. The company will directly distribute dividends to a select few A-share holders. A different tax rate applies to Hong Kong Market investors through Shenzhen Stock Connect.
