The plan involves increasing share capital by transferring capital reserves to shareholders, with every ten shares receiving four additional shares. The record date for the equity distribution is set for June 3, 2025, and the ex-right date is June 4, 2025. Post-distribution, the company's total share capital will increase from 2,526,803,734 to 3,537,525,227 shares. The company has stated that the grant price and quantity of 2023 restricted stock incentive plan will be adjusted.
