Zhongtong Bus sets date for 2024 annual shareholder meeting

Zhongtong Bus Holding Co., Ltd. (SZSE:000957) has announced that it will hold its 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on May 30, 2025. The meeting will be held both in person at the company's location in Liaocheng and online via the Shenzhen Stock Exchange trading system and internet voting system. Shareholders of record as of the close of trading on May 23, 2025, are eligible to attend and vote.
