Lanzhou Zhuangyuan Pasture approves key resolutions at AGM

Lanzhou Zhuangyuan Pasture (SZSE:002910) announced the successful passage of all resolutions at its 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on May 23, 2025. Key resolutions approved include the company's 2024 annual report, the 2024 profit distribution plan, and the 2024 internal control evaluation report. Shareholders also approved the 2025 compensation plan for directors, supervisors, and senior management. Additionally, the AGM approved revisions to the company's articles of association and rules of procedure for both the shareholder and board meetings. A total of 125 shareholders and proxies representing 105,229,665 shares (54.3586% of total shares) attended the meeting via on-site and online voting.
