Jingxing Paper changes sponsor representative for convertible bonds

Zhejiang Jingxing Paper Joint Stock (SZSE:002067) announced the replacement of one of its sponsor representatives for the company's 2020 publicly offered convertible bond project. Guotai Haitong Securities, the project's sponsor, appointed Ren Fei to replace Xu HuanYun, who is stepping down due to work arrangements. Ren Fei will join He Nantao as the co-sponsor representative. While the funds from the bond issuance have been fully utilized and publicly disclosed, Guotai Haitong Securities continues to supervise the project's share conversion process. Jingxing Paper expressed gratitude to Xu HuanYun for his contributions to the project and ongoing supervision.
