Das Intellitech directors abort share reduction; dividend plan confirmed

Shenzhen Das Intellitech (SZSE:002421) announced the early termination of its share reduction plan by several key executives, including Director and Deputy General Manager Cheng Pengsheng, Director and Board Secretary Lv Feng, Director and Deputy General Manager Su Junfeng, and CFO Huang Tianlang. The executives, who initially disclosed their intention to reduce holdings in February, decided to halt their plans due to market factors. As of May 23, 2025, none of the executives executed any share sales.
