China Merchants Port Group approves key resolutions at AGM

China Merchants Port Group (SZSE:001872) announced the successful passage of all resolutions at its 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM). Key approvals included the 2024 Board and Supervisory Board work reports, the 2024 financial statements, and a three-year shareholder return plan (2024-2026). The company's 2024 annual report and a proposal for profit distribution were also approved. Shareholders authorized the company to continue purchasing directors, supervisors and officers liability insurance.
