Zhejiang Construction Investment amends audit engagement

Zhejiang Construction Investment Group (SZSE:002761) announced resolutions passed at its 50th meeting of the fourth board of directors, including an amendment regarding the signing certified public accountants for the audit report on Zhejiang Sanjian Construction Group. The change involves replacing the signing certified public accountants of the Zhejiang Sanjian audit report (Tianjian Shen [2025] No. 8019) with Sun Min and Tong Xian. This change is due to internal adjustments within Tianjian Accounting Firm. This amendment is tied to the company's planned acquisition of minority stakes in Zhejiang Sanjian Construction Group and other entities through share issuance, along with fundraising for supporting capital. Board Member Zhang Lei abstained from voting due to conflict of interest. The resolution had previously been reviewed by the 2025 Third Special Meeting of Independent Directors and was approved.
