Zangge Mining completes board election, appoints executives, announces share distribution

Zangge Mining (SZSE:000408) has announced the successful completion of its board election at its first extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on May 22, 2025, alongside the appointment of senior management. The newly constituted board includes Wu Jianhui, Cao Sanxing, Li Jianchang, Zhang Liping, and Xiao Yao as non-independent directors, with Liu Zhiyun, Hu Shanying, and Liu Ya serving as independent directors. Xiao Yao was appointed as President, and Li Jianchang as Executive Vice President, alongside additional appointments. The company also completed changes to the articles of governance to reflect the updated board structure.
