(SZSE:002053) announced that Yunnan Energy Investment New Energy Investment and Development, a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company's shares, has engaged in share pledge and release transactions. Specifically, 4,964,751 shares, representing 0.54% of the total share capital and 2.45% of its holdings, were pledged to Guotai Haitong Securities for stock pledge financing replacement, with a pledge period from May 21, 2025, to May 21, 2026. Concurrently, 4,500,000 shares were released from pledge from Shanghai Haitong Securities Asset Management, which began on June 21, 2024. As of the announcement, Yunnan Energy Investment New Energy Investment and Development holds 202,649,230 shares, representing 22.01% of the company, with 95,722,566 shares pledged, or 47.24% of its holdings.
