Tongling Nonferrous Metals approves key proposals at AGM

Tongling Nonferrous Metals Group (SZSE:000630) announced the resolutions passed at its 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on May 21, 2025. All proposed resolutions were approved, including the Board of Directors' work report, the Supervisory Board's work report, and the 2024 financial budget execution and 2025 financial budget arrangements. The 2024 profit distribution plan was also approved. Shareholders voted in favor of the company's 2024 annual report and its summary, as well as the proposed director and supervisor compensations for 2024. Also ratified were proposals for asset impairment provision, amending the company's articles of association, changing the accounting firm, and applying for comprehensive credit lines from financial institutions in 2025. Planned foreign exchange trading and related daily transactions were also given shareholder approval. A proposal concerning an adjustment to the method of implementing investment in its financial company was also approved. Lastly, a proposal concerning signing a financial service contract with the controlling group company was also approved. The AGM was conducted through a combination of on-site and online voting, with legal attestation provided by Anhui Chengyi Law Firm.
