Titan Wind Energy announces 2024 profit distribution plan

Titan Wind Energy (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. has announced its 2024 profit distribution plan, approved at the annual general meeting on May 16, 2025. The company will distribute a cash dividend of CNY 0.20 (inclusive of tax) per 10 shares, based on a total share capital of 1,796,878,658 shares, amounting to a total distribution of CNY 35,937,573.16. The remaining undistributed profits will be carried forward to subsequent years. The equity registration date is set for May 29, 2025, and the ex-dividend date is May 30, 2025. Cash dividends for A-share shareholders will be directly credited to their securities accounts through China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (CSDCC) on May 30, 2025, while dividends for specific shareholders will be distributed directly by the company.
