Thunder Software announces 2024 equity distribution plan

Thunder Software Technology has announced the implementation details of its 2024 annual equity distribution plan, approved at the annual shareholders' meeting on May 20, 2025. The company will distribute a cash dividend of CNY 0.58 per 10 shares (before tax) to all shareholders based on the total share capital of 459,436,719 shares after excluding the 575,300 shares held in the company's repurchase account, which are ineligible for profit distribution. The total cash dividend payout amounts to CNY 26,647,329.70.
