Sinoma Science & Technology announces 2024 dividend distribution

Sinoma Science & Technology (SZSE:002080) has announced the implementation of its 2024 annual equity distribution plan. Shareholders will receive a cash dividend of CNY 2.250000 per 10 shares (inclusive of tax). For investors holding shares through the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect, QFIIs, RQFIIs, and individual investors holding pre-IPO restricted shares, the dividend will be CNY 2.025000 per 10 shares. The equity registration date is set for May 29, 2025, and the ex-dividend date is May 30, 2025. The total number of shares eligible for the distribution is 1,678,123,584. China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Shenzhen Branch will handle the distribution.
