Lanxum Tech appoints Wen Jixu as independent director

Beijing Lanxum Technology announced the appointment of Wen Jixu as an independent director, effective after shareholder approval and until the end of the sixth board term. The decision, approved at the Sixth Board’s Sixth Meeting on May 22, 2025, fills the vacancy left by Chen Zhong's resignation due to personal reasons. Wen Jixu will also serve as the chairman of the Remuneration and Assessment Committee and as a member of the Nomination Committee. The company expressed gratitude to Chen Zhong for his contributions during his tenure. While Wen Jixu lacks the Shenzhen Stock Exchange independent director training certificate, he has committed to acquiring it soon. Wen Jixu currently holds positions including Secretary-General of Chongqing Brand Building Promotion Association.
