Kelun Pharmaceutical's controlling shareholder partially pledges, releases shares

Sichuan Kelun Pharmaceutical (SZSE:002422) announced that its controlling shareholder, Liu Gexin, has undergone transactions involving share pledges and releases. Specifically, Liu Gexin released a total of 16,064,000 shares from pledge, representing 4.24% of his holdings and 1.00% of the company's total share capital. Concurrently, Liu Gexin pledged 15,450,000 shares, accounting for 4.08% of his holdings and 0.96% of the company's total share capital. These pledges are intended to meet personal funding needs. As of the announcement date, Liu Gexin has pledged a total of 105,314,000 shares. Future pledge maturities within six months amount to 47,020,000 shares, representing 2.94% of the company's total shares, with a corresponding financing balance of CNY4.9 billion. Pledges maturing within one year total 98,020,000 shares.
