Gansu Jingyuan Coal Industry and Electricity Power (SZSE:000552) announced the resignation of Director Zhu Xin-jie, effective immediately as of May 23, 2025. According to the company's announcement, Mr. Zhu's departure is due to new work arrangements assigned by higher authorities. Mr. Zhu also relinquished his role as the company's Chief Legal Counsel. The company confirmed that Mr. Zhu's resignation does not affect the minimum number of directors required by law.
