Doctorglasses chain's controlling shareholders reduce stake by over 1%

Doctorglasses Chain (SZSE:300622) announced that its controlling shareholders, Alexander Liu and Louisa Fan, have collectively reduced their stake in the company by 1.098 million shares, or 0.6271% of the total share capital, between May 9 and May 21, 2025. The change in shareholding composition was triggered by the exercise of stock options that altered the total number of outstanding shares. Following the reduction, Liu and Fan, along with person acting in concert Kaiyue Liu, hold a total of 73.353 million shares, representing 41.86% of Doctorglasses Chain's total equity. This change occurred within a previously disclosed share reduction plan announced in February 2025.
