Yunnan Energy: Shareholder pledge and release announcement

Yunnan Energy New Material Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002812) announced that shareholder Yuxi Heyi Investment has engaged in share pledge and release transactions. Specifically, Yuxi Heyi pledged 8,840,000 shares and released a total of 12,240,000 shares that were under pledge. After the changes, Yuxi Heyi Investment holds 119,449,535 shares of the company, representing 12.32% of the total share capital. As of May 21, 2025, Yuxi Heyi Investment and its concert parties had pledged 196,254,452 shares, accounting for 48.64% of their total holdings and 20.24% of the company's total share capital. The company stated that these pledges do not pose a risk to its control, operations, or governance. Future payments will be funded by own or self-raised funds.
