Yihua Connector announces 2024 annual equity distribution plan

Wenzhou Yihua Connector (SZSE:002897) has announced the implementation of its 2024 annual equity distribution plan, as approved by shareholders on May 19, 2025. The plan entails a cash dividend distribution of CNY 1.00 (tax included) per 10 shares, based on the company's total share capital of 194,049,696 shares. No bonus shares will be issued, and no capital reserve will be used to increase share capital. The equity registration date is set for May 28, 2025, and the ex-dividend date is May 29, 2025. The company also notes that adjustments to the repurchase price of the 2023 restricted stock incentive plan will be made following the equity distribution.
