TB New Decoration Material announces 2024 dividend plan

Dehua TB New Decoration Material has announced its 2024 equity distribution plan, resolving to distribute a cash dividend of CNY3.20 (including tax) per 10 shares to all shareholders based on the total share capital after deducting the company's repurchased shares, which are excluded from profit distribution. The record date is set for May 28, 2025, with the ex-right and ex-dividend date on May 29, 2025. The total number of shares eligible for the dividend is 821,425,562. Cash dividends for A-share shareholders will be distributed through China Securities Depository and Clearing Shenzhen Branch on May 29, 2025.
