Shenzhen SC New Energy announces 2024 dividend distribution

Shenzhen SC New Energy Technology Corp announced the implementation of its 2024 annual equity distribution plan, approved at the Annual General Meeting on May 14, 2025. Shareholders will receive a cash dividend of CNY 12 (including tax) per 10 shares, totaling CNY 416,248,183.20 (including tax). The dividend is based on the 346,873,486 shares, after excluding the 840,100 shares held in the company's buyback account. The ex-right and ex-dividend date is set for May 27, 2025, with the record date on May 26, 2025. The dividend for holders of shares through the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect and qualified foreign investors will be CNY 10.80 per 10 shares after tax.
