Shennan Circuits announces 2024 equity distribution plan

Shennan Circuits will distribute a cash dividend of CNY15.00 (tax included) per 10 shares and will capitalize 3 shares for every 10 shares from capital reserves. The equity registration date is set for May 28, 2025, with an ex-date of May 29, 2025. The distribution targets all shareholders registered with China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Shenzhen Branch after the close of trading on May 28, 2025. Cash dividends for A-share shareholders will be directly transferred to their capital accounts through their custodian securities companies. After the distribution, the total share capital will increase to 666,740,795 shares, resulting in diluted earnings per share of CNY2.82 for 2024.
