Moon Environment Tech announces 2024 dividend and share increase

Moon Environment Technology has announced the implementation of its 2024 profit distribution and capital reserve increase plan, approved at the May 13, 2025, shareholder meeting. The company will distribute a cash dividend of CNY1.50 (inclusive of tax) per 10 shares based on the total share capital of 763,567,804 shares as of December 31, 2024, totaling CNY114,535,170.60. Additionally, the company will increase share capital by 3 shares for every 10 shares held, using capital reserve, resulting in an increase of 229,070,341 shares. The ex-right and ex-dividend date is set for May 29, 2025, with the registration date on May 28, 2025. Following the increase, the company's total share capital will increase from 763,567,804 shares to 992,638,145 shares.
