Kyland Technology appoints new CFO and board secretary

Kyland Technology announced the resignation of CFO Li Xia from her position due to job role adjustments, effective immediately. Li Xia will continue to serve as Senior Vice President, overseeing investment, financing, and capital operations. The Board of Directors approved the appointment of Zhu Hongyuan as the new CFO, effective May 21, 2025, to serve until the end of the seventh board of directors. Zhu Hongyuan brings extensive cost control experience to the role. Additionally, Pan Jun was appointed as the new Secretary to the Board of Directors, also effective May 21, 2025, until the end of the seventh board of directors. The company affirmed that both appointees meet all necessary legal and regulatory requirements for their respective positions.
