Kehua Data announces 2024 annual equity distribution plan

Kehua Data Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002335) announced the implementation of its 2024 annual equity distribution plan, approved at the annual general meeting held on May 20, 2025. Shareholders of record as of May 29, 2025, will receive a cash dividend of CNY 1.00 (inclusive of tax) for every 10 shares held, totaling CNY 51,541,404.10 based on the current share capital of 515,414,041 shares. The ex-dividend date is set for May 30, 2025. Hong Kong market investors, QFIIs, and RQFIIs will receive CNY 0.90 per 10 shares, and differing tax rates will be applied to individuals based on holding period, with the company not initially withholding individual income tax. The cash dividend for A-share shareholders will be directly credited to their securities accounts through China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Shenzhen Branch on May 30, 2025.
