Ginlong Technologies announces 2024 annual equity distribution plan

Ningbo Ginlong Technologies (SZSE:300763) announced the implementation of its 2024 annual equity distribution plan, approved at the shareholders' meeting on May 19, 2025. The distribution entails a cash dividend of CNY 2.00 (inclusive of tax) per 10 shares, based on a total share capital of 398,638,695 shares after excluding the 694,700 shares held in the company's repurchase account, which will not participate in the distribution. The total cash dividend payout amounts to CNY 79,727,739.00. The equity registration date is set for May 27, 2025, and the ex-dividend date is May 28, 2025.
