Focus Media completes board reshuffle, appoints senior management

Focus Media Information Technology (SZSE:002027) announced the completion of its board of directors' election and senior management appointments following a shareholder meeting held on May 21, 2025. Jiang Nanchun will continue to serve as Chairman and CEO, while Kong Weiwei has been appointed as Vice Chairman, CFO, and Board Secretary. The new board will consist of independent directors Zhang Guanghua, Cai Aiming, and Liao Guanmin, alongside non-independent directors Yin Ke and Hang Xuan.
