Changbao Steeltube announces 2024 cash dividend distribution

Jiangsu Changbao Steeltube (SZSE:002478) announced its 2024 equity distribution plan, resolving to distribute a cash dividend of CNY 2.20 (inclusive of tax) per 10 shares, excluding 6,756,800 shares held in the company's repurchase account. The distribution is based on 894,229,428 shares. The total cash dividend payout is expected to be CNY 196,730,474.16. The equity registration date is set for May 27, 2025, with the ex-dividend date on May 28, 2025. Individual shareholders holding shares for less than one month will have a tax of CNY 0.44 per 10 shares withheld, while shareholders holding shares for more than one year will not be taxed. Cash dividends for A-share investors will be directly credited to their securities accounts.
