Beyondsoft announces 2024 profit distribution plan

Beyondsoft Corporation (SZSE:002649) announced the implementation of its 2024 profit distribution plan, approved at the annual shareholder meeting on May 16, 2025. The company will distribute a cash dividend of CNY 1.71 (tax included) per 10 shares, based on a total share capital of 585,344,532 shares as of December 31, 2024. The ex-right and ex-dividend date is set for May 29, 2025, with May 28, 2025, as the record date. For Hong Kong market investors holding shares through Shenzhen Stock Connect, overseas institutions (including QFII, RQFII), and individual and fund investors holding pre-IPO restricted shares, the dividend will be CNY 1.539 per 10 shares after tax.
