Almaden (SZSE:002623) announces 2024 equity distribution

Changzhou Almaden (SZSE:002623) announced the implementation of its 2024 annual equity distribution plan, approved at the 2024 Annual General Meeting. The distribution will be based on 193,062,513 shares, after excluding the company's repurchased shares of 5,999,987. Eligible shareholders will receive a cash dividend of CNY 5 per 10 shares (tax inclusive), totaling CNY 96,531,256.50. The company will not distribute bonus shares or transfer funds from capital reserves. The equity registration date is set for May 27, 2025, and the ex-dividend date is May 28, 2025. The company will manage the withholding taxes on dividends for individual shareholders based on their holding period, in accordance to applicable regulations.
