Zhongke Sanhuan announces 2024 equity distribution details

Beijing Zhongke Sanhuan High-Tech (SZSE:000970) has announced the implementation details of its 2024 annual equity distribution plan, approved at the shareholder meeting on April 8, 2025. The distribution excludes the 12,157,235 shares held in the company's repurchase account, resulting in a distribution base of 1,203,568,538 shares. Shareholders will receive a cash dividend of CNY 0.20 per 10 shares (tax included). This translates to a total cash dividend payout of CNY 24,071,370.76, with no bonus shares or capitalization of reserves. The equity registration date is set for May 27, 2025, and the ex-right date is May 28, 2025. For Hong Kong market investors, QFII, RQFII and individuals holding restricted shares before the initial public offering, each 10 shares will be paid CNY 0.18 after tax. The dividend for holders of restricted shares after the initial public offering, equity incentive restricted shares and unrestricted shares will be subject to differential tax rate levy.
