Kstar Tech announces 2024 dividend distribution

Shenzhen Kstar Science & Technology (SZSE:002518) announced its 2024 annual equity distribution plan following shareholder approval on May 15, 2025. The company will distribute a cash dividend of CNY 2.30 (inclusive of tax) for every 10 shares held, based on a total share capital of 582,225,094 shares. This results in a total cash distribution of CNY 133,911,771.62. The company will not be issuing bonus shares or increasing share capital through capital reserves. The equity registration date is set for May 26, 2025, with the ex-dividend date on May 27, 2025. Cash dividends for A-share shareholders will be automatically transferred to their securities accounts on May 27, 2025, through China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited Shenzhen Branch. Some A-share shareholders' dividends will be distributed directly by the company.
