Guosheng Financial Holding (SZSE:002670) announced that shares held by XueSong International Trust, a major shareholder, remain frozen. The continued freeze affects 232,859,055 shares, representing 74.70% of XueSong's holdings and 12.03% of Guosheng's total share capital. The freeze extension pushes the expiration date to May 11, 2028. XueSong Trust holds 311,734,019 shares, or 16.11% of Guosheng's total equity, all of which are currently frozen.
