Eoptolink announces 2024 annual equity distribution plan

Eoptolink Technology (SZSE:300502) announced the implementation of its 2024 annual equity distribution plan, approved at the shareholder's meeting on May 15, 2025. Shareholders will receive a cash dividend of CNY 4.50 (inclusive of tax) per 10 shares, totaling CNY 318,962,993.40. Additionally, the company will distribute 4 bonus shares for every 10 shares held, using capital reserve, increasing the total share capital by 283,522,660 shares to 992,329,312 shares.
