C&S Paper's shareholders approved all ten resolutions presented at the annual meeting, including the 2024 annual report and summary, the board's work report, the supervisory board's report, and the 2024 financial settlement report. A dividend plan and amendments to the company's articles of association were also approved. Key figures included 687,842,587 shares voting in favor of the annual report, representing 99.8638% of the total voting shares. The meeting also approved a proposal to repurchase and cancel some restricted stocks.
