Asymchem sets date for annual general meeting

Asymchem Laboratories (Tianjin) (SZSE:002821) announced that it will convene its 2024 Annual General Meeting, along with the 2025 Second A Shareholders Class Meeting and the 2025 Second H Shareholders Class Meeting, on June 11, 2025. The meeting will address key items including the approval of the 2024 Annual Report and Summary, reports from the Board of Directors and Supervisory Committee, the 2024 financial statements, and a proposal for the 2024 profit distribution plan. Shareholders will also vote on the reappointment of domestic and international audit firms for 2025 and on the compensation packages for directors and supervisors for 2024 and 2025. A general authorization for the board to issue additional A-shares and/or H-shares and to repurchase the company’s A-shares is also on the agenda for shareholder approval. The company has set a record date of June 3, 2025, for shareholder eligibility to attend and vote at the meeting.
