Jizhong Energy: Shareholder releases and extends share pledges

Jizhong Energy Resources (SZSE:000937) announced that shareholder Jizhong Energy Handan Mining Group released 10,010,000 shares previously pledged to China Securities Investment, with the release completed on May 13, 2025. Additionally, the pledge on 6,000,000 shares has been extended to January 16, 2026. After these changes, the cumulative pledged shares by the company's shareholders amount to 420,174,676, accounting for 20.51% of their holdings and 11.89% of the total share capital. The company stated that the shareholder has the ability to fulfill its obligations, and the pledged shares do not present risks of forced liquidation.
