Huludao Zinc Industry: Key resolutions approved at 2024 AGM

Huludao Zinc Industry (SZSE:000751) successfully convened its 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on May 15, 2025, with shareholders approving all proposed resolutions. Representing 21.8691% of the company's total shares, 277 shareholders and proxies participated through a combination of on-site and online voting. Key approvals included the 2024 Board of Directors and Supervisory Board work reports, the 2024 annual report and financial statements, and the 2024 profit distribution plan. Shareholders also approved plans for comprehensive credit facility applications to financial institutions and financing limits from non-financial institutions, as well as the provision of guarantees totaling CNY 3.6 billion for wholly-owned subsidiaries. The meeting also ratified the continuation of the company's accounting firm engagement. Beijing Hairun Tianrui Law Firm provided a legal opinion confirming the AGM's proceedings and resolutions were compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and the company's articles of association.
