Hesteel to convene 2024 annual general meeting

Hesteel Co., Ltd. will convene its 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on May 20, 2025. Shareholders of record as of May 12, 2025, are eligible to attend and vote. The meeting will cover a range of key items, including the 2024 director and supervisor work reports, financial statements, profit distribution plan, and the annual report. A key proposal on the agenda is the issuance of company bonds, covering aspects such as issuance size, method, term, and use of proceeds. The AGM will also involve the election of the sixth session of the board of directors and supervisors. Shareholders can vote in person at the meeting in Shijiazhuang, or remotely through the Shenzhen Stock Exchange trading system and the internet voting system. Independent directors will deliver their 2024 performance reports at the meeting.
