Yuan Longping High-Tech AGM approves all resolutions

Yuan Longping High-Tech Agriculture (SZSE:000998) announced the successful passage of all resolutions at its 2024 Annual General Meeting held on May 16, 2025. Key approvals included the 2024 Board and Supervisory Committee work reports, the 2024 annual report and its summary, and the 2024 profit distribution plan. Shareholders also approved a proposal for the company to conduct CNY forward exchange transactions. Furthermore, a resolution was passed authorizing the board to issue shares to specific targets through simplified procedures. The meeting was held via a combination of on-site and online voting, with 736 shareholders representing 405,805,377 shares, or 30.8136% of the company's total shares, participating. All resolutions passed with over 50% of the votes cast, and special resolutions (item 8) passed with more than two-thirds of the votes cast.
