Sun Paper approves key resolutions at 2024 AGM

Shandong Sun Paper announced the results of its 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on May 16, 2025. Key resolutions passed included the approval of the 2024 Board and Supervisory Board work reports, the 2024 financial statements, and the 2024 profit distribution plan. Shareholders also approved the renewal of Zhidetong Certified Public Accountants as the company's auditor for 2025. Additionally, resolutions related to daily related-party transaction limits with Shandong Shengde International Hotel, Wanguo Paper Industry Sun White Cardboard, and other entities were approved. The meeting was attended by shareholders representing 61.66% of the company's total shares.
