Shanxi Xishan Coal appoints new deputy general manager

Shanxi Xishan Coal & Electricity Power (SZSE:000983) announced changes in its executive leadership and organizational structure. Following the resignation of Deputy General Manager Li Zhengchun due to a job change, the company's Ninth Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Yu Jianjun as the new Deputy General Manager. Yu's term will last until the end of the current Board. The board also approved adjustments to the company's organizational structure, establishing a Construction Management Department and dissolving the Materials Supply Department, delegating implementation and further optimization to the management. The board confirmed that Yu does not hold company shares and has no affiliations with major shareholders, directors, supervisors, or executives. His qualifications comply with relevant laws and regulations. Li's resignation is effective immediately.
