Financial Street Holdings completes resale of "22 Jinjie 03" bonds

Financial Street Holdings Co., Ltd. [SZSE:000402] announced the successful completion of the resale of its "22 Jinjie 03" bonds. The bonds, which allowed holders to register for resale between March 25, 2025, and March 27, 2025, at CNY 100 per bond, saw an initial resale application of 4,000,000 bonds. However, 200,000 bonds were subsequently withdrawn from the resale, resulting in a final resale quantity of 3,800,000 bonds. The company successfully resold all 3,800,000 bonds between May 13, 2025, and May 15, 2025. Following this resale, the remaining total of “22 Jinjie 03” bonds is 5,000,000 bonds.
