China Express Airlines approves all resolutions at AGM

China Express Airlines (SZSE:002928) announced the successful passage of all resolutions presented at its 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. Key resolutions included the approval of the 2024 annual report, the board and supervisory committee work reports, the 2024 financial settlement report, and the 2024 profit distribution proposal. Shareholders also approved resolutions concerning comprehensive credit facilities and the provision of guarantees for wholly-owned subsidiaries, as well as the reappointment of the accounting firm.
