Boya Bio announces executive changes, names new president

Boya Bio-Pharmaceutical Group (SZSE:300294) disclosed changes in its senior management, effective May 16, 2025. Liang Xiaoming resigned from his position as President and legal representative due to work changes, remaining on the Board of Directors. Liang Huacheng also resigned as CFO, while staying on as a director, vice president and board secretary. Ren Hui has been appointed as the new President, and Lin Qingsong has been hired as a new vice president. Pan Yuxuan was appointed as the new CFO and director. The company stated that these changes will not affect production and operations. Ren Hui will also assume the role of legal representative, and the company will proceed with the necessary registration changes. The Board expressed gratitude to the outgoing executives for their contributions.
